Each Wild Māra order is thoughtfully prepared and packaged with care. We want your experience to feel considered from the moment you order to when it arrives.
Shipping
Processing your order
Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days.
As everything is made in small batches, this can take a little longer during busy times.
Delivery timeframes
* New Zealand: 2–5 working days after dispatch
* Rural areas may take slightly longer
Once your parcel is with the courier, delivery times are out of our hands — but we’ll always do our best on our end.
Shipping costs
Urban flat rate: $10.00
Rural - flat rate: $15.75
New Zealand only.
Tracking
Tracking details will be provided when available, so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
A small note
Please double-check your address when ordering.
We’re unable to take responsibility for parcels sent to incorrect addresses.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.
If something isn’t right
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please get in touch as soon as possible, preferably within 5–7 days of receiving your order.
Include:
* Your order number
* A short description of the issue
* Photos if possible
We’ll work with you to make it right — whether that’s a replacement or refund.
Allergies and sensitivities
Our products are made with carefully chosen ingredients, but every skin type is different and individual allergies & sensitivities may occur.
We recommend:
* Checking ingredient lists carefully
* Doing a small patch test first before full use
