Hi, I’m Debbie — creator, formulator, and the hands behind every product.
With a background as a qualified pharmacist and a deep passion for herbal medicine and aromatherapy, I’ve always believed skincare should be both effective and natural.
During my time working in the UK, I had the opportunity to learn from one of the world’s leading natural skincare companies — from growing medicinal plants right through to formulation and production.
About 10 years ago, after moving to Nelson, I started growing my own medicinal garden — and experimenting with cold-process soap making. That’s where it all came together. The plants. The formulations. The purpose. Wild Māra was born from a simple idea:
